You will get these updates when your browser loads Goal Nabber. Frequently, you will see small changes and new features appearing. These aim to help our users be better and more successful. As we do that, we post the main additions on our website.

In most cases, the feedback badges and call for actions will provide guidance based on the context. Nonetheless, you might find something that isn’t working as expected or have uncertainty on what to do next. You can always reach out to Customer support for advice.
While Goal Nabber’s primary attention is to use the results internally. It is also possible to copy or download snapshots of the achieved outcomes. That make is possible include your results in emails, reports, presentations or other applications.
Getting started
You can use Goal Nabber on any device that has a browser. Use your preferred PC, tablet or mobile . While some actions require a broader view, thus a larger screen, most features will adjust to the screen size. Because of the multitude of browsers and versions, we recommend to have a recent browser version just in case. To support the real time interaction with the teams, Goal Nabber is a cloud solution. Real time data exchanges require an internet connection.

Your Goal Nabber Basic or Professional account
No training or particular experience is needed to get started. There are the following additions to guide you:

Overlays to indicate what to do when opening a new feature;

Tool tips to provide extra guidance information within the pages;

Steps, at the top of the feature section, provide a step by step framework for the workshops;

Badges provide guidance on what is good or needs improvement;

Follow the color code: Blue for “Inputs” –> Green for “Work In Progress” –> Purple for “Outputs”

Yes, you can add anyone as a contact and team member. You only need their email address to send an invitation. From that point on, you can include them in a project team and ask for their participation in workshops. They will receive an email invitation with a link to login to Goal Nabber with instructions. By default, they will have a Basic account. They will be able to participate in the activities you have planned for them.
There is no fee for a Basic account. Only when they opt for a Professional account would they have a paying subscription.
If you already have a professional subscription, a new workshop can be created at any moment. Participants are selected from you contact list. Within minutes, you can be facilitating a workshop.
If you don’t have a professional subscription yet, you’ll need a few extra minutes to subscribe and invite contacts to include in the team.
When you log in, you will have your personal overview:
- Links to projects and workshops;
- Your personal Profile;
- Your contacts;
- Your Subscription
If you have been invited to participate in projects and workshops, you should verify the display name in your personal profile. It is how other people will identify you. Then, you can go to “Participate” to see activities where you have been invited to.
If you’re planning to manage projects and workshops, in addition to the above, you need to subscribe for a professional subscription. And to be identify team members, you will add contacts by using their email addresses.
No, it is not possible to look up other Goal Nabber users. You need a persons email address to invite them. Likewise, they will need your email address to invite you. When they include you in a project or workshop, you will receive an email and they will be listed in your list of activities.
You may have received an invitation for the first time or simply forgotten you password. That is alright.
At the bottom of the login screen, you can ask for a password reset email. It will use the email address in the email field. So verify that it is correct. An email will be sent to you with a link to enter a new password.

The email contains a link and instruction. Before it is your first log in, you will have to reset your password. Once that is done, you will can click on the Participate image to see the activities that you have been included in.
That is unfortunate. There could be a few different reasons for that. To narrow down, the cause:
- Verify that the email is correct. In My Workspace > Contacts > View details (eye), you’ll be able to see the email address. If incorrect, delete and re-invite.
- Verify that the right contact was invited to the activity
- Ask the person to check filters (e.g. junk mail or spam filters)
You can try to re-invite the person. Contact Customer support when you need help.
Payment and Invoices
You are charged at the beginning of a billable period. Meaning, you don’t get charged during a trial or other free period. You only get charged as per your subscription.
If you have been charged and have a question about that, contact Customer support.
We’re not happy when that happens. Contact Customer service with details to look into it and make necessary corrections.
Each time that you are charged, you receive an invoice by email. If you can’t find the information that you are seek, contact Customer support.
You may have started with a monthly subscription to become more familiar with Goal Nabber. Now, you want to continue and get the most economical offer. The annual subscription offer a 40% discount on the monthly subscription over the same period. That is the most economical subscription.
Security and Privacy
Security and Privacy are critical. We take extra precaution to protect your data:
- SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption is used to protect the data exchanges through the internet. You’ll notice the closed lock in the address bar.
- The payment solution, to process your payment details and personal information, is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
- Your data is not shared with 3rd parties for marketing or commercial purpose.
- You control who has access to your projects and workshops.
There are a few options. The first is to request a password reset email. There is a link at the bottom of the login page to request a password reset email.

Yes, you can change your subscription at any moment.
If you no longer need Goal Nabber or opt for a more advantageous offer, you can modify the subscription. In all cases, you continue to have your current benefits through the current period.
There are two cases:

You are intention to participate in activities to which you have been invited.
You use the Basic subscription which is free. This is the default when you create your account. When you are included in any activity, you receive an email notification. And in My Workspace, you can click on the Participate image to see the list of your activities.

You want to manage your own projects and workshops.
You will need a Professional subscription. In My Workspace under Subscription, you can opt for a monthly or yearly subscription. The later is more cost advantageous.
