As an effective way to find root causes, Five Whys has been added to Goal Nabber. To be more effective:
- Include team familiar with the problem or topic
- Ensure the problem is understood: Discuss it, Go See it
- Go beyond symptoms and 5, if needed, to find root causes
- Find several root causes and assess them later
