Huddles replace Workshops for more team effectiveness
Team effectiveness is greater when the team connects more frequently, easily and smaller objectives. Although not a must, workshops may need planning and organizing. Previously, workshops had to be part of a project or task. That is no longer necessary. To align with that the agile and flexible way of working, we have replaced workshops with Huddles.
One page for all your huddles
Huddles are initiated by yourself or by one of your peers. As the owner, who initiated a huddle, you have more control on the settings. That additional control remains. Instead of having two distinct pages, one page contains all the huddles that you participate in. You no longer have several pages to navigate to a Huddle.
Improved filters increases impact
With so many to choose from, you need an easy way to narrow down the selection. Part of your team effectiveness is dependant on the ease to join and contribute. Use the icons switches to find your Huddle quickly.
Easier to include people and start
Contacts and teams are useful to find and include people in Projects and Huddles. That continues to be possible. However, it is no longer the only way. In practice, we need to include new people often. To make t easier and shorten the process, you can invite anyone where you need them with just the email. Now, there are several ways to build the team.
Quick links for direct access
Previously, you had to start from the home page and find the location of the workshops. It relied on you and your team knowing where to go. Even with the best of intentions, it presents some challenges. Quick links to Huddles makes it easier to get where you should be in one click. They are sent to participants by email. They can be copied to be included in a document, a meeting request or a calendar. This makes it easier to fit with your ways of working.
